Terms of Service

Effective 9 October 2026

1. Who we are

TileMyPoster (tilemyposter.com and app.tilemyposter.com) is run by Jehad Abughazaleh, a sole proprietor in South Africa ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and us. Questions: [email protected].

2. The service

TileMyPoster turns a picture into a print-ready PDF that splits it across sheets of paper, with cut marks, labels and an assembly guide, so you can print a large poster on an ordinary printer. The PDF is made in your web browser: your picture is processed on your own device and is not uploaded to us.

3. Free and Pro

The free plan makes posters of up to 6 sheets at 200 DPI, up to 3 posters a day. TileMyPoster Pro costs $10 a month or $96 a year (US dollars; your local price and any tax are shown at checkout) and removes the sheet and daily limits and prints at 300 DPI, within a fair-use allowance of 300 posters or 5,000 sheets a month. Pro comes with a licence key for your own use on your own devices; please do not share it publicly.

4. Payment and renewal

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Pro is a subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt or by writing to us; Pro then stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and you are not charged again. If a price changes, the new price applies from your next renewal and we will tell you before it does.

5. Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms, and Paddle's buyer terms.

6. Your pictures

Only use pictures you have the right to print. You keep every right in your pictures and posters; we never receive them. Do not use TileMyPoster for anything unlawful. If you believe someone is using TileMyPoster to infringe your rights, write to us and we will act on it.

7. Printing

Printers, drivers and paper differ. Print the test page first (it checks your printer's true size) and print at 100% / actual size. We are not responsible for paper or ink used on prints that did not come out as you wanted, but if something in a PDF we made is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

8. Changes and availability

We improve TileMyPoster over time and may change, add or remove features. We aim to keep it available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

10. Ending

You can stop using TileMyPoster at any time. We may end or suspend Pro for serious misuse, such as publishing a licence key; if we do so without any fault of yours, we refund the unused part of your period.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of South Africa. This does not take away any protection that the mandatory consumer law of your own country gives you.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; material changes for subscribers take effect from the next renewal.
