Privacy Policy

Effective 9 October 2026

In short

  • Your pictures never leave your device: posters are made in your browser.
  • No account, no advertising, no analytics, and we set no cookies.
  • If you buy Pro, we keep only what makes your licence work; Paddle handles the payment.
  • If you e-mail us, we keep the conversation for 12 months after its last message.

Who is responsible

Jehad Abughazaleh, who runs TileMyPoster as a sole proprietor in South Africa, is responsible for your personal information. Contact: [email protected].

What stays on your device

Your projects and the pictures you add are kept in your browser's own storage on your device, so you can come back to them. Your Pro licence key and the number of free posters made today are kept there too. We cannot see any of it. Clearing this site's data in your browser deletes it.

What we store, and why

Only if you buy Pro: your Paddle customer number, subscription number and order (transaction) numbers, your licence key, your plan, its status and the date it is paid until, and the identifiers of the payment notifications Paddle sends us. We use them to switch Pro on, to check a licence key, to let you recover it from a receipt, and to keep our accounts. We keep them while your subscription exists and for three years after it ends, then delete them. Apart from support e-mail (below), we do not store your name, e-mail address or payment details.

If you e-mail us

When you write to [email protected], we keep your e-mail address, the name your e-mail program sends with it, and the text of your messages and of our answers, so that we can answer you and see what was said before. Attachments are not kept on our servers: they arrive, with a copy of your message, in the mailbox of Jehad Abughazaleh. We delete a conversation 12 months after its last message, or sooner if you ask.

Payments

Paddle.com is our reseller and merchant of record. When you open the checkout, Paddle collects the details it needs to take payment (such as your e-mail address, country and payment method) under its own privacy notice, and Paddle's checkout may use its own cookies. Paddle sends us only the numbers listed above.

Who handles data for us

  • Cloudflare hosts the websites, the licence database and the support inbox, and receives e-mail sent to us. Like any web host, it processes your IP address to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
  • Paddle processes payments, as described above.
  • Resend sends our e-mail answers.
  • Google (Gmail) hosts the mailbox that receives copies of support e-mail.

Our pages load nothing from any other company until you open the Paddle checkout.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the licence information or the support conversations we hold about you: write to [email protected] (with your licence key or an order number, for licence information) and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country (in South Africa, the Information Regulator).

Children

Pro is for adults, or for children with a parent's permission.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
